WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): Licensor observed a loose extentiontcord not is use, in emergency exit pathway area, accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): Licensor observed two open thick plastic grocery bags in the covered patio area accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(c): In the covered patio area, there is a broken, rolling chair in the walkway that is accessibe to children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c):Several broken and water damaged items observed in the outdoor licensed space: Large toy rusteded in cardboard box, water damaged rocking horse, and broken toy pieces. All need to be removed and/or made inaccessible to children.
